The Manaslu Circuit Trek 14 Days is one of Nepal’s most rewarding Himalayan adventures, taking you around Mount Manaslu (8,163m), the world’s eighth-highest mountain. This unforgettable journey combines spectacular mountain scenery, authentic Tibetan Buddhist culture, and the challenge of crossing the breathtaking Larkya La Pass (5,160m). The adventure begins with a scenic drive from Kathmandu to the Budhi Gandaki Valley before following ancient trails through lush forests, terraced hillsides, cascading waterfalls, and traditional Gurung and Tibetan-influenced villages. As the trek gains altitude, the landscape changes dramatically into alpine meadows, glacial valleys, and rugged mountain terrain surrounded by some of the Himalayas’ most impressive peaks. Along the way, you’ll visit centuries-old monasteries, cross suspension bridges, and experience the warm hospitality and rich traditions of local communities.

The highlight of the trek is crossing Larkya La Pass (5,160m), one of Nepal’s most spectacular high mountain passes. From the summit, enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of Mount Manaslu, Himlung Himal, Cheo Himal, Kang Guru, Annapurna II, and other snow-capped peaks. The trail also passes through the protected Manaslu Conservation Area, home to diverse wildlife, pristine forests, and remarkable Himalayan landscapes.

The Manaslu Circuit is a well-established tea house trek with comfortable lodges and freshly prepared local meals available throughout the journey. Our carefully planned 14-day itinerary includes proper acclimatization, making it suitable for trekkers with good fitness who are looking for an exciting and rewarding Himalayan adventure.

Spring (March to May) and autumn (September to November) offer the best trekking conditions, with stable weather, clear mountain views, and pleasant temperatures.
