Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,350 m/4,430 ft)
Welcome to Nepal! Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan Intenational Airport, ounrepresentative will greet you and transfer you to your hotel in Kathmandu. Take somenrest after your jouney. In the evening, enjoy a welcome dinner and short briefing about the trek. Night Stay in Kathmandu.
Day 02: Drive from Kathmandu to Dharapani (1,920m / 6,299ft) Drive Duration: 9-10 Hours,
Drive Duration: 9-10 Hours, After an early breakfast, begin your scenic drive towards the Annapuna region. The jouney follows the Prithvi Highway alongside the Trishuli River before reaching Besisahar, the gateway to the Annapuna Circuit.
Continuing along a rugged mountain road, you'll pass charming villages, terraced farmlands, waterfalls, and dense forests. The landscape gradually changes from subtropical hills to alpine valleys as you enter the Manang district.

Day 03: Trek from Dharapani to Chame (2,660m / 8,730ft)
Walking Duration: 4- 5 Hours, Your trek begins by following the Marsyangdi River through pine and fir forests. The trail passes through Bagarchhap, Danaque, and Timang villages. As you gain elevation, the views become increasingly spectacular.

Day 04: Trek from Chame to Pisang (3,185m / 10,450ft)
Walking Duration: 4-5 Hours , Leaving Chame, the trail enters a narrow valley with dramatic rock formations and steep cliffs. Cross suspension bridges over the Marsyangdi River and pass through dense forests of pine and juniper.
One of today's highlights is the famous Paungda Danda Rock Face, a massive curved rock wall rising nearly 1,500 meters above the valley floor. Day 05: Trek from Pisang to Manang (3,480m / 11,420ft) Walking Duration: 4/5 Hours
Walking Duration: 4/5 Hours , Take the higher route through Ghyaru and Ngawal villages, which offers some of the best views on the Annapuna Circuit. The trail traverses dry alpine terrain with panoramic views of Annapuna III, Annapuna IV, Gangapuna, and Tilicho Peak.

Day 06: Acclimatization Day in Manang
Today is reserved for altitude acclimatization, which is essential for a safe trek. Rather than resting completely, take a short hike to higher elevations and retun to Manang for sleeping.

Leave the main Annapuna Circuit trail and head towards Tilicho Lake. The route climbs steadily through juniper shrubs, yak grazing areas, and rugged mountain terrain.

Day 09: Visit Tilicho Lake (4,919m / 16,138ft) and Return to Siri Kharka Walking Duration: 6/7 Hours
Start before dawn for the hike to the magnificent Tilicho Lake, one of the world's highest alpine lakes. As the sun rises, the turquoise waters of the lake create an unforgettable scene surrounded by snow-covered peaks.

Day 11: Trek to Thorong Phedi (4,447m) or High Camp (4,910m) Walking Duration: 4–5 Hours
The trail gradually ascends through rocky alpine terrain toward the base of Thorong La Pass. Depending on weather conditions, physical condition, and guide recommendation, stay either at Thorong Phedi or continue to High Camp.
Day 12: Cross Thorong La Pass (5,416m) and Trek to Muktinath (3,700m) Walking Duration: 7–8 Hours

Trek Price Options
Option 1: USD 2,670 per person
Includes 1 night at Dwarika’s Hotel (5-star heritage Deluxe room) and 2
nights at Dusit Princess Hotel or Yak & Yati Hotel (5-star comfort) in
kathamadu.
Option 2: USD 2,390 per person
Includes 3 nights at Dusit Princess Hotel or yak and Yeti Hotel (5-star comfort)
in Kathmandu.
Deposit Policy:
The deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable. However, we value your flexibility — if you are unable to join the trek as planned, you can postpone your trip at any time within 3 years from your original booking date without losing your deposit.
Trip Postponement:
You may reschedule your trek for any future date within 3 years. Simply inform us in advance, and we will adjust your booking accordingly. No additional charges will apply for postponement (unless there is a change in permit or accommodation costs).
No-Show & Early Return:
If a participant fails to arrive on the scheduled departure date or leaves the trek early due to personal reasons, illness, or other circumstances, no refund will be provided for unused services.
Company Cancellations:
In the rare event that the company must cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances such as political unrest, natural disasters, or safety concerns, clients will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full credit toward a future trek.
1. Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit (usually 20–30% of the total cost) is required to confirm your booking.
The remaining balance must be paid before the trek departure date, either in cash or via approved online payment.
2. Cancellation & Postponement
The deposit is non-refundable, but you may postpone your trip anytime within 3 years of the original booking date without losing your deposit.
If you cancel after full payment, the refund amount (excluding deposit) will depend on the time of notice given and any expenses already incurred.
If you leave the trek early or fail to show up, no refund will be provided for unused services.
3. Travel Insurance
All participants must have comprehensive travel insurance covering high-altitude trekking, medical evacuation, trip cancellations, and other emergencies.
4. Health & Fitness
Trekkers should be in good physical condition. Please inform the company of any medical conditions or medications before booking.
The company reserves the right to stop a participant from continuing the trek if deemed unsafe due to health issues or altitude sickness.
5. Itinerary & Route Changes
The trekking itinerary may be modified due to weather conditions, landslides, flight delays, or safety concerns.
The guide or company will make any necessary adjustments in the best interest of safety and comfort.
6. Risks & Liabilities
Trekking in the Himalayas involves inherent risks, including accidents, altitude sickness, and unpredictable weather.
The company will take all necessary precautions but is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages caused by events beyond its control.
7. Flights & Transportation
Domestic flights, especially from Jomsom, are subject to weather delays or cancellations.
In such cases, the company will assist with alternative arrangements, but any additional costs (accommodation, transport, meals) are the client’s responsibility.
8. Permits & Documents
Trekkers must carry valid Annapurna Conservation Area (ACAP) and TIMS permits during the trek.
A valid passport copy and passport-size photos are required for permit processing.
9. Code of Conduct
Respect local culture, customs, and the environment throughout the trek.
Littering, damaging property, or disrespecting local traditions may result in being excluded from the trek without refund.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By confirming your booking and paying the deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
