Day 1: Arrival Day In Kathmandu Altitude: 1350m/4428ft

Day 2: Full Day sightseeing of KTM Durbar Square
Start with breakfast in Kathmandu, then visit Swayambhunath (Monkey Temple) for panoramic city views and a mix of shrines and prayer flags.
Continue to Patan Durbar Square to explore Newar architecture, then enjoy a traditional Nepali lunch. Afterward, visit Pashupatinath Temple and Boudhanath Stupa for powerful spiritual and cultural experiences.
Take a short break in Thamel for shopping and cafu00e9 time, then end the day at Kathmandu Durbar Square. Optional cultural show in the evening before dinner and rest.
Day 3: Fly to Lukla Trek to Phakding (2,652m / 8,700ft) 6.2 miles (10 km.)
The Lukla to Phakding trek is about 10 km and takes 3–4 hours. After landing at Tenzing-Hillary Airport, start with a gentle descent through Lukla village into rhododendron and pine forests.
Cross several suspension bridges over the Dudh Koshi River, including the iconic Hillary Suspension Bridge, and pass through small Sherpa villages like Chheplung, Thado Koshi, and Ghat.
Arrive in Phakding by the riverside, where you’ll check into a tea house, rest, and enjoy a warm meal before continuing your Everest jouney.

Day 4: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440m / 11,286ft) 7.4 km 4.6 miles . 6-7 hrs.
Phakding to Namche Bazaar is about 9.4 km and takes 5–7 hours. Start by crossing the Dudh Koshi River and entering Sagarmatha National Park, passing villages like Toktok and Benkar along the riverside trail.
Continue through Monjo, then begin the steep climb up the famous Namche Hill, where you’ll get your first views of Everest and Lhotse.
After a final uphill stretch, arrive in Namche Bazaar—the main Sherpa hub of the region. Spend the night here, explore the town, and acclimatize to the altitude.

Day 5: Namche Bazaar - Rest and Acclimatize day
A rest day in Namche Bazaar is key for acclimatization on the Everest trek. Start with a short hike to Everest View Hotel for panoramic views of Everest, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam.
Spend time exploring Namche’s markets, bakeries, and Sherpa culture, or visit the Sagarmatha National Park Visitor Center to lean more about the region.
The rest of the day is best spent relaxing, eating well, and recovering to prepare your body for higher altitude.

Namche Bazaar to Tengboche is about 8–10 km and takes 4–5 hours. Start with a gradual climb out of Namche, enjoying sweeping views of Everest, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam along the way.
Pass through Kyangjuma and reach Sanasa, then descend to Phunki Thenga, where you cross a suspension bridge over the Dudh Koshi River.
From there, climb steeply through rhododendron forests to Tengboche, home to the famous monastery. Spend the night here, taking in the peaceful setting and mountain views.

Chhukung – Namche Bazaar
