🚁 Emergency Rescue
🚨 In the event of illness, injury, altitude sickness, or any emergency situation during the trip, Mountain Hiking & Trekking Pvt. Ltd. may arrange emergency evacuation services when deemed necessary.

⚠️ Important Notice
Mountain Hiking & Trekking Pvt. Ltd. will assist with rescue coordination and emergency arrangements whenever possible; however, the company is not financially responsible for helicopter rescue, medical treatment, hospital charges, evacuation expenses, or any related costs.
Guide and Porter Authority
🛡️ For the safety, well-being, and success of the trip, all clients agree to follow the instructions and decisions of guides, trek leaders, and company representatives at all times.
👨🏫 The guide has the authority to:
📍 Alter the itinerary for safety or operational reasons
😴 Recommend additional rest or acclimatization days
🚁 Arrange emergency evacuation when necessary
⚠️ Restrict participation in activities that may endanger the client or the group
🚫 Failure to comply with guide instructions may result in removal from the trip without refund.
Flight Delays and Cancellations
🌤️ Mountain flights in Nepal, especially to Lukla, Jomsom, Simikot, Dolpa, and other remote regions, are highly dependent on weather conditions and operational factors.

💰 Any extra costs resulting from delays or cancellations shall be borne by the client.
🤝 The company will make every reasonable effort to arrange alternative transportation whenever possible; however, alternative arrangements cannot be guaranteed.
