Day 1: Arrive Day in Kathmandu (1,400m / 4,593ft) Hotel Lo Mustang 4 star with bed & Breakfast
Arrival In Nepal Airport 1350 mtrs.nnWell Come To Himalayas Nepal! We Pick Up You From Tribhuvan Intenational Airport And Drop You To Your Hotel That we Have Booked. After Resting Some Hours We Will Meet To Brief You About Our Program.
Day 2: Full day city Tour in Kathmandu 4 place 5-6 hrs.
Start your day with breakfast before exploring Kathmandu cultural highlights. Visit Swayambhunath Stupa (Monkey Temple) for panoramic city views, then continue to Patan Durbar Square to admire its rich Newar architecture and historic courtyards.
After a traditional Nepali lunch, visit the sacred Pashupatinath Temple and the peaceful Boudhanath Stupa, one of the largest Buddhist stupas in the world.nnLater, relax or shop in Thamel before ending the day at Kathmandu Durbar Square, surrounded by historic temples and palaces.nnOvenight at Hotel Lo mustang
Day 3: Fly to Lukla Trek to Phakding (2,652m / 8,700ft) 6.2 miles (7-8 km.) 3-4 hrs.
Early moning, transfer to Kathmandu domestic airport for your scenic flight to Lukla (2,860 m), home to the famous Tenzing-Hillary Airport.nnAfter meeting your guide, begin trekking through charming Sherpa villages, terraced fields, and along the Dudh Koshi River. Cross suspension bridges and pass through Ghat before reaching Phakding (2,652 m).
Enjoy lunch and spend the aftenoon exploring the village or nearby monasteries for light acclimatization. Check into a Tea house and rest for the night.
Day 4: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440m / 11,286ft) 7.4 km 4.6 miles . 6-7 hrs.
After breakfast, follow the Dudh Koshi River, crossing suspension bridges and passing waterfalls and pine forests on the way to Jorsalle. Complete Sagarmatha National Park entry formalities before continuing the trek.
Cross the iconic suspension bridge and begin the steep climb to Namche Bazaar, with rewarding views of Everest, Lhotse, and nearby peaks along the trail.
Upon arrival in Namche Bazaar, check into your Hotel and relax before a short acclimatization hike to the Everest View Hotel for stunning mountain panoramas.
Spend the evening exploring Namche shops, bakeries, and Sherpa Culture Museum before resting for the night.
Day 5: Namche Bazaar - Rest and Acclimatize 3/4 hrs.day hike to everest view hotel and khumjung village
Today is an important acclimatization day in Namche Bazaar, helping your body adjust to the higher altitude before continuing the trek.nnTake a short hike to the Everest View Hotel for breathtaking views of Everest, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam. Spend the rest of the day exploring Namche markets, bakeries, and Sherpa culture, or visit the Sagarmatha National Park Visitor Center.
Enjoy time to rest and recover while soaking in the atmosphere of this vibrant mountain town.
Day 6: Trek To Tyangboche 3870m/12,684ft 5-6 miles(8-10 km.) 4-5 hrs
After breakfast in Namche Bazaar, begin trekking with a descent to the Dudh Koshi River before climbing toward Tengboche. Along the trail, enjoy stunning views of Ama Dablam, Kyajo Ri, and surrounding Himalayan peaks.nnStop for lunch at Phunki Tenga, then cross the river and continue the uphill trek through forested trails to Tengboche.Arrive at Tengboche and visit the famous monastery set against the backdrop of Ama Dablam. Spend the evening enjoying the peaceful mountain atmosphere and beautiful Himalayan scenery.
Day 7: Trek to Dingboche (4,410 m / 14,468 ft) 9 to 10 km. (about 5.6 to 6.2 miles) 4-5 hrs
After breakfast in Tengboche, descend through rhododendron forests and cross the Imja Khola, enjoying beautiful Himalayan scenery along the way.
Pass through the village of Pangboche, home to an ancient monastery and stunning views of Ama Dablam. Continue to Somare for lunch before ascending through the Imja Valley toward Dingboche. The trail offers spectacular views of Island Peak and Lhotse as you approach Dingboche, a peaceful high-altitude village surrounded by snow-capped mountains.
Day 8: Acclimatization day at Dingboche: Altitude: 4400m/14435ft
A rest day in Dingboche helps your body adjust to the high altitude before continuing higher into the Everest region.nnTake a short acclimatization hike to Nagarjun Hill for panoramic Himalayan views, then retun to the village to rest. Spend time exploring Dingboche, relaxing in bakeries or lodges, and enjoying the mountain scenery.
Stay well-hydrated, eat properly, and allow your body to recover while monitoring how you feel at altitude. It also a good chance to connect with other trekkers and prepare for the next stage of the jouney.
Day 9: Trek To Lobuche (4900m/16,076ft) 8 km. 4.1 mi 5-6 hrs.
After breakfast in Dingboche, begin a steady ascent through rugged alpine terrain toward Lobuche. The trail gradually climbs with increasingly dramatic mountain scenery.
Reach Dughla (Thukla) and continue the challenging climb up Thukla Pass, where you ll pass memorials dedicated to climbers and trekkers who lost their lives in the Everest region.nnAfter the pass, follow the Khumbu Glacier moraine with stunning views of peaks like Pumori and Khumbutse. Continue onward to Lobuche, a small high-altitude settlement surrounded by dramatic landscapes.
Day 10: Trek to Everest Base Camp (5,364 m/ 17,598 ft.)Return to Gorak Shep (5,164 m./ 16,942 ft)
Start early from Lobuche after breakfast, following a gradual ascent along the rocky Khumbu Glacier moraine toward Gorak Shep. After 3-4 hours, reach the last settlement before Everest Base Camp and take a short rest.nnFrom Gorak Shep, continue on a challenging hike across glacial terrain to Everest Base Camp, passing the Khumbu Glacier along the way. Arrive at EBC and take time to soak in the incredible surroundings at the base of the world highest peak.nnAfter exploring, retun to Gorak Shep for the night.
Day 11: Trek To Kalapathar 5545m/ 18192ft 2 km. (0.6-1.2 miles) Trek to Pheriche 10-12 km.(6.2miles)
Start early from Gorak Shep for a steep hike to Kala Patthar (5,545 m), where you ll catch sunrise views over Everest and surrounding peaks. Though short in distance, the climb is demanding due to high altitude.
After spending time at the viewpoint, descend back to Gorak Shep for breakfast, then begin your trek down toward Pheriche through familiar glacial landscapes and mountain trails.nnArrive in Pheriche by aftenoon and rest after a long but rewarding day.
Day 12: Trek to Namche (3440m/11,284ft ) 9/10 Km.(5.5-6.2 miles) 5-6 hrs.
The trek from Pheriche to Namche Bazaar takes about 5/7 hours, covering varied terrain with both descents and steep climbs.
Start by descending to the Imja Khola, then climb to Pangboche before continuing to Tengboche, home to its famous monastery and stunning Ama Dablam views.nnFrom Tengboche, descend to Phunki Tenga, cross the suspension bridge, and make a final steep climb through forested switchbacks to reach Namche Bazaar.
Day 13: Trek to Lukla ( 2,800m/9,184ft ) 16 Km (11-12 miles) 6-8 hrs.
The trek from Namche Bazaar to Lukla takes around 6/8 hours, covering 10/15 km of mostly descending trail with some uphill sections.nnDescend through forests, suspension bridges, and Sherpa villages along the Dudh Koshi Valley, enjoying final views of the Khumbu region and surrounding peaks.nnArrive in Lukla by evening, where you can rest in a Hotel and celebrate the completion of your trekking jouney.
Day 14: Lukla - Kathmandu flight and drive to hotel Lo Mustang thamel
After breakfast in Lukla, take a scenic flight back to Kathmandu. Upon arrival at the domestic airport, your guide will meet you and transfer you to your hotel.
Check into Hotel Lo Mustang and enjoy a comfortable rest after your trek.
Day 15: A contingency day is allocated in case of flight delays due to bad weather
An extra day in Lukla is a smart buffer during your Everest region trek, helping you stay flexible in case of flight delays or cancellations caused by unpredictable mountain weather.
Use the time to rest, relax in the village, and prepare for your jouney ahead while enjoying the unique atmosphere of Lukla.
Day 16: Final Departure Day From Kathmandu Nepal
